Editor Jean Allman, who contributed the forward and an essay, has brought together keenly considered information regarding topics as diverse as “Nationalism Without a Nation: Understanding the Dress of Somali Women in Minnesota” and “Dressing Dangerously: Miniskirts, Gender Relations, and Sexuality in Zambia”.
